WELCOME TO FUMCA Kids

Hey Friends! We are so glad you are visiting us today! The children’s ministry here at FUMC Alabaster exists to serve and support the spiritual and developmental growth of our students. We believe that we are called to actively participate in the work of the church by reaching others for Christ, pushing ourselves to grow in our faith, and seeking out ways to serve those around us.

Children’s Church

During the 8:30 am and 11:00 am worship services, children ages 3 through 1st grade can participate in Children’s Church. At 8:30 the children will be dismissed during the offering to go to children's church. At 11:00 the children will participate in a children's moment then be dismissed to Children's Church.

Wednesday Nights

We’re excited to use Cokesbury’s Big Faith curriculum in our children’s ministry! This engaging program helps kids grow in their faith through interactive Bible stories, fun activities, and hands-on learning. Each week, children will discover how they can live out their faith in big ways while building a strong foundation in God’s Word.
We can’t wait to see how God works in their hearts!

Monthly Sunday Nights

Sunday Night Fellowship is offered once a month.  January 26, February 23, and March 16 from 5-6:30pm.
Dinner is provided and we will have lots of fun with a devotion, crafts, and games!
*Volunteers who are background checked and safe sanctuary trained needed for each event.

Children's Sunday Night "camp in" was a blast! From nature scavenger hunts, to flashlight tag and even S'mores we had the best time!
“Camp-In” with us this Sunday, September 29 for Children’s Night! We’ll eat s’mores and play camp games. Bring your sleeping bag and flashlight! 5pm-6:30pm.
This past Sunday we celebrated a special milestone as 11 of our 3rd graders received their Bibles—a meaningful rite of passage in their faith journey. We are grateful for the love and support of our church family, the dedication of their parent
